Admission Rules and Procedures for Bachelor Programmes at QUEST

1. Eligibility for Admission

• Engineering Programs (B.E): Minimum 60% in HSC-II (excluding Hifz-ul-Quran). Grace marks not counted.
• Science & Technology Programs (BS): Minimum 50% in HSC-II.
• HSC-I Students: Must later meet required HSC-II marks.
• Differently-Abled: Reserved seats available.
• Domicile: Must possess PRC (Form C) of relevant category.
• Previous Admissions: Not eligible unless Self-Finance with undertaking.
• Fake Documents: Admission cancelled and legal action applied.
• Disciplinary Issues: Ineligible if rusticated/debarred.

Specific Eligibility

• Pre-Engineering: Eligible for Engineering & Science programs.
• Pre-Medical: Eligible for IT, AI, Chemistry, English (with Mathematics course).
• DAE Holders: 60% required under Category-F.

2. Application Process

• Apply online via official website.
• Tampering/false info leads to rejection.
• Submit attested SSC/HSC marksheets, domicile, PRC, certificates.

3. Pre-Admission Test

• Compulsory for Categories A-I, P, and SF.
• 1-hour MCQ covering Math, Physics, Chemistry, English.
• Merit = Matric (10%) + HSC-I (20%) + Test (70%).

5. Key Notes

• Self-Finance: Higher fees apply (e.g., B.E Civil: PKR 1,155,000; BS CS/AI: PKR 630,000).
• Hostel: Not available for students within 30km.
• Cancellation: 2-week absence leads to automatic cancellation.
• Foreign Students: USD 6,000–10,000 depending on scheme.
