The Higher Education Commission (HEC) encourages HEIs to prioritize research for sustainable economic growth and a knowledge-driven future. To centralize and support all research efforts, QUEST Nawabshah has established the Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC).

ORIC provides strategic and operational support for university research programs, focusing on transforming inventions (pure knowledge) into innovations—products and processes that benefit society. By guiding the research lifecycle, ORIC helps translate academic findings into real-world impact.
