Directorate of Planning & Development

Planning & Development plays a vital role in the growth of any organization. At QUEST Nawabshah, the Directorate prepares and strengthens the university by developing PC-I project proposals in collaboration with sectional heads, departments, and directorates. We coordinate with HEC and provincial bodies to upgrade, consolidate, and improve campus facilities.

The Directorate also processes scholarships, workshops (local & foreign), and monitors the progress and impact of development projects—regardless of their funding source.
