Biography

Dr. Noor Hussain Mugheri is a committed academic and researcher with a distinguished career in engineering education. He earned his Bachelor's degree with First Division from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah in 2003. He went on to complete his Master’s degree from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro in 2007, further deepening his expertise in his field. Dr. Mugheri began his teaching career as a Lecturer at QUEST, Nawabshah in 2004. His dedication and contributions to academia led to his promotion to Assistant Professor (BPS-19) in 2012. Over the years, he has supervised more than 30 undergraduate student groups in their final-year thesis and projects, and he also teaches various subjects at the master’s level, helping shape the next generation of engineers and researchers. In 2022, he earned his Ph.D. from QUEST, Nawabshah, achieving a significant academic milestone. His research has resulted in the publication of more than 20 research papers in national and international journals, reflecting his active engagement in scholarly work and contribution to the advancement of knowledge in his field. Dr. Mugheri has also participated in various faculty development programmes and academic workshops held in Islamabad, Karachi, and at several universities across Pakistan. These engagements have strengthened his teaching methodologies, research capacity, and professional network. With over two decades of experience in higher education, Dr. Mugheri continues to contribute meaningfully through teaching, research, and academic service.
