Dr. Waqas Ali Sahito earned his PhD through a joint program between Yangzhou University in China and the University of Primorska in Slovenia, where he also taught courses i-e System Programming( Assembly language), Web programming and ICT. During his doctorate, he completed an industry placement at Meta AI’s Augmented Lab Ljubljana. There, he dove into large language models, prompt engineering, agentic RAG and building AI agents. Currently, Dr. Sahito is an Assistant Professor in the IT Department at QUEST. He teaches AI and Computer Programmings(Python, C# C). Also supervising Master and PhD students.
