In my academic career spanning over a decade, I have gained extensive experience in geotechnical engineering research and education. Currently, as an Associate Professor at Quaid-e-Awam University, Pakistan, I co-chair the Civil Engineering Department, overseeing a the academic and administrative activites within the department. In this role, I have fostered a collaborative environment, contributing to departmental success. My research endeavors include leading two successful HEC-funded projects (each valued at 7.4 million PKR) and mentoring students, with two PhD students guided (one successfully defended), over 15 undergraduate and master's theses supervised, and a commendable student satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5 in Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering courses. Prior to this, my tenure as a Research Associate at Lulea University of Technology, Sweden, focused on establishing fundamental properties of Swedish tailings dams. This research culminated in a comprehensive database and 10 published papers, with my doctoral thesis further solidifying my expertise. I have also provided valuable different geotechnical investigation reports that met project-specific requirements.
